The Directors of Calan Healthcare Properties Limited, on behalf of Calan Healthcare Properties Trust, have declared a
gross taxable distribution of

Less Resident Withholding Tax (0.3760) cents per unit Imputation credits
(0.2840) cents per unit Resulting in a net distribution of 1.3400 cents per unit
The Record Date for this distribution has been set as 5.00pm Friday 12 November 2004 with the payment date to be 1
December 2004.
For Unit Holders participating in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, the Strike Price will be announced on 22 November
2004.
