Change In Lane Arrangements At Stanley St, Beach Rd And Parnell Rise Intersection
Transit New Zealand advises all motorists travelling in the Grafton Gully area that there will be temporary changes to lane arrangements at the Stanley St, Beach Rd and Parnell Rise intersection this weekend as work continues on the Grafton Gully Project.
From 7.00 am to 7.00 pm, Saturday, 13 April and Sunday, 14 April, excavation will be carried out at the intersection of Stanley Street, Beach Road and Parnell Rise to identify the location of existing utility/service lines.
During these excavation works, lane restrictions and lane changes on approaches to the intersection will take place. All traffic movements can still be made and lane changes will be clearly sign posted.
Motorists are advised to expect some delay.
All work is weather dependent and in the event of bad weather, work will resume on the next clear scheduled weekend.
For more information regarding the closures, and the Grafton Gully Project, motorists can phone 0800 TO FREEFLOW (0800 863 733).
