Smell Like A Rose On Feb 14

People who quit smoking immediately boost their chances of finding true love.
The Quit Group is urging smokers to use Valentine’s Day as a chance to break the habit and boost their chances in the mating game.
“Introduction services everywhere tell us most of their clients are non-smokers, and most are seeking a non-smoking partner,” says Quitline Manager Jane Mills. “Smokers on their books tend to find the going tougher.”
“People tend to think ‘I’ll meet the right person, then I’ll give up,’ but unfortunately the chance of meeting the right person when 75% of the population are non-smokers is seriously reduced.”
“Smokers who are used to mixing and matching with other smokers get a bit of a shock when they court new partners outside the smoking circle. They suddenly find themselves part of an unappealing minority.”
Five reasons for thinking about quitting on Valentine’s Day:
 You can smell like a rose, not an ashtray
 Your skin will stay smoother and less lined
 Your heart and body will be in good shape for romantic encounters
 You and your partner will live longer healthier and lives
 You could invest in your dream home with the money you’ll save on cigarettes.
Three ways to help you begin quitting on Valentine’s Day:
 Find a quitting partner. Plan to quit together, and who knows, it could lead to something more.
 Create a more romantic environment at home with a big bunch of flowers or scented candles and throw out the cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays.
 Begin your new health and beauty routine: start regular exercise, a sensible eating plan with plenty of fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water to help you feel better and prevent weight gain as you quit.
