Govts Unconstitutional Says Investigate Magazine

New Zealand, Australia and Canada appear to have unconstitutional governments as a result of a bureaucratic bungle eighty years ago when all three nations gained independence from Britain.
The consequence is that an unconstitutional government has now power to impose taxes or enforce other laws, because it has no constitutional mandate from the public.
Constitutional lawyers say it may require new constitutions for the three countries, voted on and approved by the public.
The magazine also reports on tax revolts in the United States, and legal loopholes being used by Americans to simply "opt out" of paying federal income tax.
