Meningococcal Vaccine Discussions in Indonesia
The Ministry of Health is awaiting the return of its representative following a
meeting with Dutch officials
to discuss the availability of vaccines and options that could be considered to
help New Zealand
control a current epidemic of seogroup B meningococcal disease.
The representative is due to return to New Zealand on Friday, at which time they
will brief Ministry
officials.
The Ministry of Health will be unable to comment any further until this briefing
is completed.
