NZ-who-SA? Ask Rebels

The New Zealand University Students' Association (NZUSA) is under attack from campus political groups after urging students to 'vote out National' in this year's election.
National President of Prebble's Rebels, Clint Heine, said "yet again we are seeing the militant minority in NZUSA, without any mandate, taking an unreasonable position while claiming to speak for students. Professional protesters such as Karen Skinner have prostituted their pseudo-representative organisation on the unholy altar of political bias."
"If NZUSA actually communicated with the student body instead of with their flunky puppets and socialist masters then perhaps they could gain some small degree of legitimacy. Students do not know the day-to-day activities of NZUSA and if they discovered how much hard-earned student money was being wasted on the extremist ideology of the NZUSA executive they would be appalled."
"The average student has no idea who NZUSA is, what they do, or even that they are supposed to represent the student body" Mr Heine said.
"Victoria University of Wellington Students Association President, Hamish Hopkinson, said recently that most Victoria students did not even know they owed VUWSA the compulsory annual levy of $99. This means that students are not aware they are VUWSA members, or that they are being forced to fund VUWSA's extremist activities."
"If students knew how much money NZUSA was collecting from students, and what they were wasting it on, supposedly on the students' behalf, then they would be appalled. I challenge the NZUSA elite to take a walk through their closest university and to actually listen to real students. I guarantee that students have no idea who Karen Skinner is, and that they will not care" Mr Heine said.
