Educa continues to make early childhood portfolios easier with phone apps
Wellington, NZ, December 6th, 2012–Educa Limited released its new mobile application, Educa Touch for Android bringing pre-school children’s learning experiences to the Android mobile and tablet platform. Coming 6 months after the successful launch of the iPhone App, ‘Educa Touch’ – parents and teachers using Android devices will now also be able to access pre-school children’s learning on the go.
Educa Limited is the leading E-Portfolio provider to New Zealand early childhood education providers. They are the preferred supplier to the Early Childhood Council and the Home Based Childcare Association whose members collectively provide education and care services to more than 65,000 New Zealand children. Educa is the only E-Portfolio system that caters to both centre and home based childcare providers.
About 70% parents and teachers have an Android device. Educa Touch for Android makes it easy for teachers to document and share children’s learning experience. It also enables parents to stay connected with the learning of their children. Over 5,000 parents and grandparents access Educa from around the world.
