Wintec  Fellowship for Jerry Rickman
Wintec has  conferred its highest honour on Waikato businessman Jerry Rickman.
Chair of the Wintec Council, Gordon Chesterman said Mr. Rickman was recognised widely for his outstanding achievements and leadership in business and in the wider community.  Rickman is currently Chair of the  Waikato District Health Board and chair of Waikato Regional Airport board, chair of Waikato economic development agency Katolyst and other regional boards.  He remains a consultant to the firm Price Waterhouse Cooper, formerly Beattie Rickman,  which became part of global giant PricewaterhouseCoopers and now bears the PWC name.
Rickman is a past member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Practice Review Board.  He served on the continuing education committee of the society and was an examiner in the institute’s professional exams. He is a director for several large companies and has many community involvements.
