Preparation For Tripartite Forum Continues
Representatives of the combined university unions and the NZ Vice-Chancellors’ Committee met in Auckland on Friday to discuss the development of a joint paper on university salaries and resourcing.
The writing of the paper will be shared between the two groups. The meeting was part of the preparation for the Tripartite Forum on university salaries and funding involving Government, the combined university unions and the NZVCC and follows the umbrella agreement reached as the basis for settling industrial issues which have affected universities this year.
