PPTA research: Teachers talk about NCEA
PPTA will this Thursday launch the results of Teachers talk about NCEA, a research report highlighting the views of teachers about the NCEA after its first three years of implementation.
The report gives voice to the concerns of teachers and stresses the tremendous work that they have put into the NCEA qualification system to make it work.
It portrays a profession engaged in a hugely important project that is challenging the intellectual, emotional and physical resources of teachers to the maximum.
It also comes with a series of recommendations designed to make the NCEA work better for students, teachers and schools.
When: 10.30am, Thursday 10 March
Where: PPTA National Office Level 5, 60 Willis Street Wellington
