New Appointment At The Auckland Cooking Academy
Millys of Ponsonby announces the appointment of Connie Clarkson as Administrator of the new Auckland Cooking Academy.
Clarkson most recently held the position of Sales Manager, Conferences and Incentives at The Hyatt Regency Auckland. Previous experience includes owner operator of icon Auckland restaurant The French Café, as well as more than a decade in the executive training and media.
The Auckland Cooking Academy is the brainchild of Wendy Muir, proprietor of long established and well-loved kitchenware shop Millys of Ponsonby Ltd. Says Muir
“ People I meet in our store often tell me about their love of cooking and their enthusiasm for bringing home new ideas of delicious tasting, yet unpretentious food. It became clear to us that The Auckland Cooking Academy is the best way of sharing our passion for all things culinary as well as bringing to life these new and delicious ideas. I am delighted to welcome Connie into our Millys family and am confident that her enthusiasm and love of food will be totally irresistible. “
The Auckland Cooking Academy is situated in the soon to be opened Millys Kitchen Warehouse in The Home Ideas Centre in The Strand, Parnell and will be operational by June 2003
