The Bill Jones Scholarship Awarded by Bill Jones This scholarship was established to support students to further their
studies in Motor Industry related programmes at WelTec. The scholarship is named in honour of former staff member Bill
Jones, who dedicated 34 years to the mechanical engineering and motor industry sectors of the Polytechnic. Applicants
are considered on their academic achievement, attendance, comments from workplace employers, and attitude.
