$45,000 Worth of Scholarships Awarded
Nearly $45,000 in academic scholarships will be presented to Wellington Institute of Technology (WelTec) students this week.
The 21 scholarship winners will gather for a presentation ceremony at WelTec’s main campus, Buick Street, Petone, this Friday April 11, at 10.00am.
Financial scholarships will be awarded in the following categories: *The Bill Jones Scholarship *WRAG/WelTec Scholarship *Hutt City Council Centennial Scholarships *Wellington Institute of Technology Council Study Scholarships *Warehouse Stationary Key4Free Scholarships *Wellington Rugby Academy Scholarships *Ivan Fisk Memorial Scholarships
Representatives from each of the scholarship bodies will be at the ceremony to make presentations to their successful students.
A list of scholarship recipients and further details on each scholarship is attached. Individual interviews can be arranged.
