Road Tech Marine Announced as Official Partner of The Rugby League World Cup 2017
Rugby League World Cup 2017 (RLWC2017) is delighted to announce Road Tech Marine as an Official Partner of the tournament in both Australia and New Zealand.
As an Official Partner of the RLWC2017, Road Tech Marine will receive brand integration on all goal and corner post pads at matches played in both countries, logo on the referees’ sleeves and in-stadia presence via LED signage.
With a strong customer base in RLWC2017 host cities, this partnership will also see Road Tech Marine conduct targeted media, along with in-store and online promotion of the tournament.
Andrew Hill, RLWC2017 CEO said: “We are delighted to welcome Road Tech Marine as an Official Partner of the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.”
“A focus for this year’s tournament is to grow the game’s fan base and I’m pleased that we have also been able to attract new commercial partners to the sport, including Road Tech Marine whose partnership is the company’s first major sponsorship.”
On announcing the news, Jarrod Carroll, Road Tech Marine’s Chief Marketing Officer, said: “Everyone at Road Tech Marine is excited to be partnering with this year’s Rugby League World Cup and play an active role to promote the sport’s premier international event.
“Our boating, caravan and off-road accessories business is rapidly expanding and to be associated with a tournament that has such a large footprint across both Australia and New Zealand, aligns perfectly with our own ambitions.”
The RLWC2017 will be co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand with three pool matches in Papua New Guinea from 27 October – 2 December 2017 and features 14 teams, contesting 28 games, in 13 cities. The tournament will be the biggest event in the region during 2017, with an estimated event record of 450,000 fans expected to attend the RLWC2017.
