The Rock n Roll Circus Is Heating Up Your Wintery Nights
Newton, Auckland – 12 July 2014, Aloha! 1950 was one of our most popular shows in our 2012 season so we’ve revamped it
and bought it back for another round of vintage beach party fun in July!
Aloha! 1950 will see seasoned burlesque and cabaret performers and rising talent strut their stuff on stage as part of a
fun show with a vintage beach party flavour. With a bumping and grinding mix of booty shakin’, tassel twirling and fire
entertainment, this show is sure to leave your loins ablaze.
Hosting the night is the feisty Miss Elvis, Auckland’s only female Elvis impersonator. She is joined by a cast of local
talent including international burlesque artiste Amourous Ava who is recently back from performing in the Australian
Burlesque Festival.
The audience is encouraged to dress up in theme and even take to the stage to try their hand at a bit of burlesque. We
have prizes from Rita Sue Clothing and Wendy Syme Costumier to give away on the night and tickets for our final show of
2014 up for grabs.
With acts by some award winning and international burlesque performers this show is going to go off with a bang!
