Hollywood set to forge a Kiwi connection at the NZ Open
Hollywood figure Cris Judd is set to star in the celebrity section of the NZ Open this week – and he'll be doing so in some well-known, iconic locally-distributed kit.
The American actor, dancer and choreographer will be wearing some of the latest gear from Tattoo Golf New Zealand, a Christchurch-based distributor of the brand.
“With the mantra 'Old game, new attitude', Tattoo Golf New Zealand couldn't be a better choice for someone wanting to stand out, get noticed and make a statement,” says Tattoo Golf New Zealand Australasian distributor Andrew Sutherland.
“Cris has a high profile in the States and is a very respected professional in his line of work. It's great he's coming out here to hit the course in Queenstown this week.
“He's been on screens around the world for the past 20 or so years. The difference this time is that he'll be showing the world one of his many, but lesser-known skill sets.
“Tattoo Golf New Zealand clothing's been the choice of kit on the course for an increasing number of Kiwis, so it's great to see one of the tournament's celebrity guests from overseas don the gear.”
With a background dance performance with stage acts such as Michael Jackson, N'Sync and Enrique Iglesias, Cris forged his career as a choreographic professional in the US music scene, working with Celine Dion, Usher and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few.
New Zealanders may recognise Cris from his role as a judge on 'New Zealand's Got Talent' alongside Rachel Hunter and Jason Kerrison.
A keen golfer for a long time, Cris at one stage considered taking up the sport at a professional level.
Tattoo Golf New Zealand offers a full range of polos, shirts, accessories and kit for the keen golfer and style-conscious consumer.
All kit worn by Cris, and a range of other new and impressive clothing is available atwww.tattoogolf.co.nz; you can also follow Tattoo Golf New Zealand on Twitter: @TattooGolfNZ
Tattoo Golf, an international brand, is distributed in New Zealand and Australia by Andrew Sutherland.
The NZ Open tees off in Queenstown on Thursday February 27.
