Hastings PAK’NSAVE Edible Fashion Awards date and theme announced!
The theme for this year’s Hastings PAK’nSAVE Edible Fashion Awards is ‘Going Global’ and will be held on May 31st 2014
It is with great excitement that the date and theme for this year’s awards have been announced. The theme is Going Global and the date for the Hastings PAK’nSAVE Edible Fashion Awards is 31st May 2014 held at the Hawkes Bay Opera House - Hastings
Event and Production Manager Andrea Taaffe is thrilled with the Going Global theme which she says ‘offers a huge amount of scope to the competitors and allows for an abundance of creativity.’
‘think along the lines of a ‘global village’ where designers can create pieces themed from the Pacific to Asia, from
France to Spain, Africa to Mexico – really the world is their oyster!
The event again this year sits on Queens Birthday Weekend which makes it much more accesible for out of town entrants to
come and compete as well as an increased audience!
The format will remain the same with a total of 32 creations vying for the coveted prize of Hastings PAK’nSAVE Designer
of the Year!
