Mt Eden (Meds) Announce Live Shows For New Zealand
Dubstep production duo Mt Eden have built their live shows around moments. Extended build-ups, drum solos, double and triple drops – the focus always being to generate momentum and keep the crowd in the right frame of mind.
After a one year absence from New Zealand stages ahead of their long anticipated album “No Mans Land” due for release later in 2013, Mt Eden would like to announce two very special live shows.

March 16th Christchurch The Bedford Marquee R18
Tickets available online from 9am on 12th February from www.ticketmaster.co.nz or www.cosmicticketing.co.nz Ticket outlets Cosmic Cuba and Manners Mall in Wellington and from Cosmic Palms and Container Store in Christchurch.
Playing live all over the world including stand out performances to in excess of ten thousand fans at the Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella and Electric Zoo festivals in 2012 this will be a special homecoming for the duo who love playing to New Zealand audiences more than any other.
Jesse Cooper and Harley Rayner promise Kiwi fans a unique live experience. “We have always played a good mixture of light and dark, so our shows can be an uplifting and gut-wrenching journey all at the same time” says Cooper. “We’re looking forward to playing our home crowd again. The Kiwi crowds are amazing, and we always save something special for our New Zealand shows”.
Having first made their mark with the epic ‘Sierra Leone’, Mt Eden have since remixed tracks by Ellie Goulding, Ruby Frost and DJ Fresh, as well as many other incredible local and international acts and to date have over 100 million collective plays of their tracks on YouTube - more than any other New Zealand act, ever.
January saw Mt Eden sign to New York based Ultra Records who have some of the best producers and DJs on their roster including Dead Mau5, Calvin Harris and Steve Aoki. 2013 is shaping up to be a massive year for the duo and the celebration begins March 15th at The Front Room Wellington.
Mt Eden will be joined on tour by special guest Diaz Grimm.
