SALON MIKA ON 13-23 FEBRUARY!
Mika will be staging his first cabaret (strictly for us adults) since… well, a few years ago!
The King of Exotic Cabaret takes K’ Road! Get licked into blissful submission by the hottest line-up of talent on the strip. Opening to the public on Valentine’s Day 14th until the 23rd of February, Wednesday-Saturday nights from 8pm.
Lounge around and vibrate in the newly renovated Switch Bar (upstairs, 309 Karangahape Road). A veteran of seven (7) Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, Mika brings snippets of his new works destined for international stages with a cast of live musicians, dancers, exotic performers and poets. Salon Mika is for adults who like to love, laugh and live.
Joining Mika is sultry celebrity Megan Alatini, Leda Petit renowned Queen of Burlesque, and a crew of dancers led by naughty hiphop club kid M@E. Experience the age old arts of Exotic Cabaret: inspired from Josephine Baker and Grace Jones of yesterday, to Janelle Monae and Lady Gaga of today – artists who don’t compromise, welcome to Salon Mika.
