'False Idols' is a collection of works by designer/ illustrator Chris Dwan which reflects on a personal mythology
created over the past year.
The False Idols series contemplates a world beyond our own, filled with the familiar and the bizarre. A world inhabited
by whimsical creatures, spirits, demons and demigods that provide a quaint perspective to reflect on life, death, fate,
the human soul, and the power of faith. 'False Idols' is a chance to step inside the mind of the artist and witness
another world of imagination which takes inspiration from street art, tattoo, skate and popular culture.
The artist will be on site to answer any questions and to enter jovial discussion about a multitude of topics.
On display are custom made framed prints, limited edition unframed prints, skateboard art, colouring in books, lucky
charms, and a hand painted vase by special guest William Duignan.
