Get cracking and put your pav skills to the test
Caster sugar: check. Egg whites: ditto. Elbow grease: of course. You’ve almost got all you need to enter the fourth
annual Nosh Pavlova competition.
And with the weekend ahead, it’s a great time to get your recipe sussed before email entries close at 12 noon on Monday
(Dec. 3).
Nosh has also announced the judges for the competition – see below for the hardened pavlova pros you’ll need to impress
in your area.
With three categories - adult, alternative (non-traditional pavlova) and one for kids (under 15 years) - there’s a
challenge for everyone in the popular pav bake-off. And there are some great prizes in every one of the four Nosh stores
accepting entries.
All entries are welcome at the competitions being held at Nosh Food Market stores at Mt Eden, Constellation Drive,
Hamilton and Mt Maunganui.

The Nosh Food Market concept was created by Clinton Beuvink and Chris Moore in 2006. Beuvink has extensive and wide
ranging grocery and retail marketing and management experience. Today, founder Clinton Beuvink is the managing director
