Sea Star Studio Presents an Evening of Music
WITH POLYTROPOS AND THE STOLEN MOMENTS SATURDAY 17TH NOVEMEBER, 7PM
POLYTROPOS is a Wellington duo consisting of multi- instrumentalists, Oscar West and Rennie Pearson.
Their passion is Scottish and Irish traditional music arranged in exciting and surprising ways with instruments such as
flute, fiddle, guitar, bass, mandolin, Scottish smallpipes and vocals delivered with contagious energy and spirit by the
charismatic pair. Prepared to clap and stomp.
THE STOLEN MOMENTS The Stolen Moments are a jazz duo with vocalist Ailsa Krefft and pianist Fritz Wollner. The Stolen
Moments play mostly jazz with a touch of soul, blues and gospel delivered with sultry panache.
They have an extensive set list which just keeps on growing as they find more songs to be passionate about.
Polytropos and the Stolen Moments come together for Sea Star Studio’s first music event in the atmospheric space at 28
Dundas Street, Seatoun.
$20 tickets include a glass of wine or juice. Arrive early for a walk on the shores of the sparkling sea and be at Sea
Star by 6.30 in time to mingle and enjoy the beautiful art-work and photography on the walls.
