New Zealand Beauty Sarah Frances Johnston Signed At Billon Dollar Las Vegas Resort

residency at the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms Johnston will be performing every Thursday 6 - 10 p.m. at T- Bones Chophouse, the award
winning signature steakhouse at the Billion Dollar Resort ( see more info at: http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/dining/tbones.php ). T-Bones was voted Best Restaurant in Las Vegas by The Las Vegas Review-Journal Newspaper poll of readers in 2010.
Sarah Frances Johnston’s engagement at Red Rock Resort marks the second artist’s residency contract for the 21 year-old
Kiwi Singer in less than a month. Ms. Johnston also performs every Saturday at Oscar’s Steakhouse located downtown
inside the iconic Plaza Hotel.
"I'm really living my dream,” says Ms. Johnston who is now considered an integral part of the the Las Vegas
entertainment landscape. “I am honored that I can perform and grow in a hotel with the reputation of Red Rock Resort,”
says the young singer.
Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa is owned by Station Casinos on 70 acres (28 ha) located west of the famous Las Vegas Strip near the picturesque
mountains of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The Resort & Spa is the flagship property of Station Casinos, and houses the company's corporate headquarters.
Red Rock Resort includes a Four-Diamond hotel tower, casino, full-service spa, and large convention center. The property
also boasts a 16-screen movie theater, bingo hall, bowling alley, a three acre (1.2 ha) pool area, and a 10,000 seat
amphitheater for outdoor concerts. The resort has eleven restaurants including T-Bones Chop House.
Sarah Frances Johnston performs classic and contemporary jazz ballads in a sultry style reminiscent of iconic jazz
vocalist Billy Holiday. Ms. Johnston performs with a subtle passion that brings back the romantic fire of love won and
lost, and all the heat in between. The Kiwi entertainer, with flowing dark hair and hourglass figure, is gaining a
reputation as the “World’s Youngest Torch Singer.” She is bringing the nostalgic past into the future and gaining a
dedicated following. Her youth, beauty and vocal talent have gained her fans from ages 18 to 78 as her vocals span seven
generations of musical taste.
Sarah Frances Johnston began her entertainment career as a child actor on the long running New Zealand soap opera
“Shortland Street.” She also starred in the series "Tomorrow’s Another Day" which premiered across Europe. She later
moved into modeling for commercials and print advertisements for Coca Cola, Toyota, and Digicel in the South Pacific.
Ms. Johnston was offered opportunities through Passport Models of San Francisco and Karen Lee of New York, which she
resisted to focus on her music. Seventeen year old Sarah began her singing career in the beautiful bayside city of
Tauranga on the North Island of New Zealand. She opened for the legendary soul and funk band Ardijah on the island of
Samoa and also performed for famed New Zealand Tenor, Sir Howard Morrison.
The young New Zealand singer moved to the United States in 2010. Since arriving, she has performed at highly regarded
venues, including the The Pebble Beach Resorts on 17 Mile Drive, Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa Las Vegas, Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris Hotel Las Vegas, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Las Vegas and Lake
Tahoe, CA. Ms. Johnston has gained a reputation of performing at fine dining and Four or Five Diamond venues
exclusively.
Sarah Frances Johnston has reinvigorated an era of exquisite taste and sensuality with her classic jazz vocal stylings.
Ms. Johnston is the daughter of Stephen and Kathryn Johnston residing of Auckland.
