Lake says of the new releases: "I've had a difficult relationship with these songs. I'm fond of them, but they didn't
fit the overall 'vibe' of the Rise album, so I left them on the shelf. But then I was exercising in the lounge and saw them on my shelf. I thought to
myself, there is gold here, I must share it."
