Bay of Islands Arts Festival 2010: 29th January to 28th February
Presenting Fourteen Fabulous acts- eleven New Zealand and four international at the 2010 Bay of Islands Arts Festival - 35º South.
Including Nimby Opera, performing The Cunning Little Vixen; Kiwi band Elemeno P, Te Radar and the Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra…Carmen Salvador from Chile, the Le Baraillec Trio from Paris, followed by groups from New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina in our 35° South programme! Plus much more!
Street Carnival - Saturday 13 February with local and national performers.
* Variety Concert - Saturday 13 February, involving a range of local artists in music and dance.
* Music in the Domain to celebrate Valentines Day - Sunday February 14.
* Workshops attached to shows, a touring programme, Impromptu Acts, Visual Arts activities and displays will flow through the Festival Month.
