Go cat go to Norfolk Island’s Rock Around the Rock
Teddy boys and Bobby girls! Make like grease lightning to Norfolk Island this February.
Elvis may have left the building but his fans are going to Rock Around the Rock, February 8-15.
Dinners, dance nights, workshops and tours swing to the fabulous fifties’ backbeat.
Twist and shout with Franky and Johnny, festival regulars whose names are synonymous with entertainment and fun.
‘Dance On’ band will have you doing the jitterbug while watching the sun set on Norfolk’s sub-tropical landscape.
Get your kicks on Route 66. Rock ‘n’ Roll aficionados everywhere will flock to the eclectic mix of country tunes and rockabilly anthems. From Elvis and Buddy Holly to Creedence Clearwater Revival and Lee Kernaghan, Route 66 will drive you to distraction!
You’ll be all shook up with Norfolk’s own Wunna Rock. Phil (Lully) McCrae, a talented musician from Brisbane, Kim Davies, Shane McCoy and Smudgie Cooper are the rebels who’ll be rocking out with face-melting riffs in homage to the greats.
Packages start from NZ$1,203 per person ex Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch. Packages include return airfare to Norfolk Island, 7 nights accommodation, 7 days car hire, return airport transfers on Norfolk Island, meet and greet at Norfolk airport, complimentary mini golf and complimentary ‘ Walk in the Wild’.
