According to Charlotte Squire, owner of New Zealand's positive news ezine – Happyzine - now is the time for employers to

Squire, who started New Zealand's positive news electronic magazine three months ago in response to what she calls "the
mainstream media's interesting choice of news", says that although it's easy to get swept up in today's headlines, it's

"Our thoughts, to a large extent, determine our health – emotionally and physically, once reason being that the more
