Wanted 6 Disfunctional Families

I know this may sound crazy to some but I am starting a University in Timaru for disfunctional families. The word University is described in the dictionary as a place where students study for a degree. My university is going to be different it is going to be a place where families learn together as a unit and what they will learn is how to live a happy and successful life style.
First a little background.
The year was 2001 when I first decided to change my career and become a professional motivational speaker and coach.
I realized that if I was going to coach others I had better set the example.
1. I set a goal to live to be 100 and soon realized that if I was to achieve my goal I needed to take care of my body so I stepped up my work rate at the gym.
2. I also needed to exercise my brain so that I would have the right attitude so I started practicing affirmation and visualization techniques.
3. Last but not least I needed some spiritual help from above because without God in my heart my life had no purpose
As I did the mental exercises I noticed I started to talk and behave in a different way. I held some held development seminars in Timaru and shared with others about all the ways they could change if they did the mental exercises that I was doing.
Then I started doing some one on one coaching and it was during this coaching that I discovered something about my students. People were changing but their families could not understand why and were part of the problem.
I also found that the more positive I became the more negative others seemed to be. Peoples negative attitude started to annoy me and I got angry with them and told them they needed to change.
My positive attitude meant people started to reject me because they did not understand me when I told them anything was possible including building a University in Timaru for disfuncional families.
I beleive my programme will help bring families back together that have drifted apart because of the system.
Mercy
God has blessed me with the spiritual gift of mercy, which is why I feel for those that are less fortunate than myself.
One day I visited the Aoraki Alternative Education Centre and what I saw happening at that place appalled me and made me decide to start my own University for dysfunctional families.
When young people misbehave some people blame the parents and others blame the system.
I blame both but we must start with the system. If the system is not working them it must be changed. Forcing a young teenager who has already misbehaved to sit in a room by themselves is not going to change them. Taking their car off them to pay their fines and putting them in jail is not going to change them. The only way that you will ever change peoples behavior is to teach them how to set goals and how to do mental exercises so they will want to change. Once they get their thinking right and they start setting goals for themselves they will become successful and become a useful member of society.
Action
The coaching that I do will bring about changes in thinking patterns but it must be done in family groups to be effective. I can write pages of words on this subject but no one is going to believe me when I tell them that I have developed a system that can change the lives not only of individuals but of whole families and communities.
To help me prove to you that my system works just find me 6 dysfunctional families and let me work with them for a while. I guarantee I will be able to turn all their lives around.
When you have your 6 dysfunctional families give me a call and I’ll start working with them
