North Shore Based Family Martial Arts School, Choi Kwang Do (www.choi.co.nz) is pleased to announce the opening of a Full Time Professional Martial Art School Venue in Browns Bay, Auckland.
“We are delighted to announce that on celebrating our one year anniversary we are now moving into our own specifically designed Venue (Dojahng).” Says School Owner Caroline Hazelden.
“Considerable discussions have been held with other Choi Kwang Do school owners around the world to ensure we had what we consider the best training facility in New Zealand for family martial arts.” Says Caroline Hazelden.
“In addition to a specially padded training floor, a large number of shields and hand equipment we also provide many exciting options including themed change rooms, several black belts on display, photo walls, merchandise from Tiger Claw (www.tigerclaw.com), a large screen LCD TV for training videos, video systems for reviewing techniques and the kids favourite – a tropical aquarium.” Says Caroline Hazelden.
“Our new school is also the home of unique themed martial arts kids parties and full details are at www.bestbirthdayever.co.nz “ Says Caroline Hazelden
We are an internationally affiliated school approved to teach the art of Grandmaster Kwang Jo Cho, 9th Degree Black Belt and founder of Choi Kwang Do.
Choi Kwang Do is a unique martial art based on scientific principles and developed to promote optimum health, fitness and self-defense, not winners in sports competitions.
As a family orientated school we utilise practical movements and equipment training to enhance inner confidence and peace of mind. All this is taught in a non-competitive, non contact environment by instructors who care about their students. For more information visit www.choi.co.nz
