Join in the Latin Festivities at Club Med, Plus Children, Stay, Play and Eat for Free
Ever fancied learning how to Salsa dance? Then Club Med Lindeman Island in the stunning Whitsundays is the place to be in 2008.
"It's Latin Festival time at Club Med in mid February where you get to explore South American and Latin culture with activities such as Salsa, Samba and Cha Cha dancing, cooking classes, wine tasting, a Brazilian carnival and much more!" says Kaarin Gaukrodger, Club Med Marketing Manager New Zealand.
It's also a great time to take the children with kids and teens up to 17-years-old, staying, playing and eating for free for a limited time. The deal is valid for sales until 31 January 2008 and for travel up to 30 April 2008.
Lindeman Island is set in a stunning location in the Whitsunday Islands surrounded by a 690 hectare World Heritage National Park. There's a wide variety of sports on offer, including archery, fitness, tennis, trapeze and a 9 hole golf course.
"Club Med Lindeman is a fabulous family resort where the children won't want to leave. So with this great deal on offer it makes for a great family holiday," says Kaarin.
"It's a great place for couples and families alike with a dedicated 'adults only' swimming pool for those wanting quiet time. While the parents are relaxing the kids are spoilt for choice with activities and well looked after at kids club, which is open daily from 9am - 9pm.
"Club Med is fantastic for couples, as it gives you the freedom to choose to do as much or little as you like. All of our Club Med properties are very spacious - both the accommodation and setting - so there's plenty of space to 'chill out'," she says.
