MIC Update: Short Fuse, Intersect, Tempo Festival

MIC UPDATE
Hi all...this month we have another Short Fuse special. The recent DOC NZ, international documentary festival was on in Auckland, so we thought it apt to bring you a few local documentaries including 'Black & White' winner of Best Short Doco at the festival awards. Also recently staged in Auckland & Wellington were Mobile Phone Workshops, looking at ways of bringing short epic cinema to Mobile Phones. At Short Fuse this month we are gonna showcase the outcomes in all it's pixelated glory! Still on the film buzz, Homegrown,'Works on Film' is still touring the country. Please check the festival website for more details www.nzff.co.nz. and lastly Tempo Festival of Dance hits Auckland throughout October, including 4 performances/ screenings at MIC @ Galatos.
