MAZDA ARTWORKS 2006
Celebrate New Zealand’s amazing depth of artistic talent, while supporting our community, at the 2006 Mazda Artworks Exhibition, Sale and Event.
This is a fantastic opportunity to see an astounding range of art created by artists of all levels, from talented students to well-known professionals. In fact, with over 600 pieces on display every form of art is represented, from classic oil landscapes and contemporary abstract collages to organic glass sculpture.
Best of all, when you buy a piece that captures your imagination, you’ll also be supporting several local charities such as Variety – the Children’s Charity, The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, The Liggens Institute, The Malaghan Institute of Medical Research and the Spirit of Adventure Trust.
Art purchasers can select which charity they want proceeds will go towards.
General admission costs just $20 and can be used from 10.00am to 4.00pm everyday throughout the event and also includes an illustrated catalogue.
This enormously fun week of art has been organised by the Rotary Club of Ellerslie Sunrise. Bring a friend to one of the special events outlined here, and you can both enjoy outstanding art and superb entertainment, all in the name of charity.
