NZ House and Garden - New Television Series on ONE
New Zealand’s top home and lifestyle magazine, NZ House & Garden is partnering with TV One to launch a new lifestyle series of the same name which will screen in primetime from July.
Just like the magazine, the new show will be a celebration of homes, lifestyles and the creativity of New Zealanders – both at home and overseas. It promises to be entertaining, informative, and visually stunning.
Fairfax Magazines General Manager Lynley Belton says this is a great opportunity to showcase the NZ House & Garden title to a wider audience.
“In the highly competitive magazines market, NZ House & Garden continues to dominate, demonstrating that we know and understand our readers. This exciting new partnership with TVNZ reinforces our position as the nation’s most-read home and lifestyle magazine.”
NZ House & Garden Editor and style guru, Michal McKay, says the show reflects the essence of the magazine.
“Every programme will feature a mix of the core elements that are so loved by NZ House & Garden readers – unique and stylish homes, beautiful gardens and delicious food. The television series will be fronted by presenters Miriama Smith, Tony Murrell and Peta Mathias.
“And each month the magazine content will relate to themes and topics covered in the television programme. This will be coupled with a new online presence for the magazine.”
NZ House & Garden fans will be able to visit the magazine’s new website at
www.nzhouseandgarden.co.nz when the programme launches in July. Further information on the television series will be available from www.tvnz.co.nz.
