NZ's first ever Rock Paper Scissors champs
Kiwis hate to be behind the 8 ball... and since rock, paper, scissors has already been around for thousands and thousands of years... we thought it was about time NZ joined the professional sporting world of RPS! Introducing NZ's first ever RPS champs - coming to your region in June.
Sponsored by ihug and organised by the crazy fun technicians that brought air guitar to Aotearoa. No doubt your readers/listeners/watchers will want to know about their chance to take their rightful place on the world RPS stage.
Heats run nationwide throughout June, with the grand final held in Auckland in July - where the victor will win the right (and the flight) to compete in the world RPS championships (yes there is such a thing!) in Canada. Check out http://www.ihugrps.co.nz for the ins and outs of RPS, plus venue details in Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin. DISCLAIMER: Playing RPS probably won't make you rich and famous, chances are you won't win an Olympic gold medal and it's not likely to improve your physique, maximize your sex appeal, jump-start your career or expand your memory.
