$1.1 Million Easter Lotto First Division Prize Remains Unclaimed
A lucky player who won $1.1 million in Lotto First Division this Saturday is still to claim their prize, NZ Lotteries
Deputy Chief Executive Warren Salisbury said.
The winning ticket was purchased at Tairua Stationers in Tairua on the Coromandel and is worth $1,131,642.
"What a wonderful Easter surprise to win $1.1 million on Lotto First Division. The winner could very well have gone on
holiday and not realise they are our Easter millionaire," said Mr Salisbury.
Mr Salisbury's advice for the Lotto winner is to write their name and address on the ticket, confirming their ownership.
"They should then contact NZ Lotteries Wellington office who can provide advice about the next steps to take," he said.
"We have people waiting to talk the big winner through the prize process. All they need to do is call 04 802 7000," he
says.
Fourteen of the 20 Lotto Easter Triple Dip Promotion prizes of $50,000 travel and $50,000 spending money also remain
unclaimed.
"With a lot of people returning to work tomorrow, we urge anyone who purchased a Triple Dip at the below stores to go
and check their tickets, as they may have their dream holiday in their back pockets and not even know it," Mr Salisbury
said.
