The Searchers - Perform Live and Free at SKYCITY
Regarded as second only to the Beatles as Liverpool's finest 60s group, British pop group The Searchers will perform live and free at SKYCITY's New City Bar next week (times below).
Founder member John McNally heads up the line up of Frank Allen, Spencer James and Eddie Rothe. The resurgence of the sixties sounds has seen the Searchers ever popular with their famous numbers including "Needles and Pins" "Sugar and Spice" "Don't Throw Your Love Away" and "When you Walk In the Room."
The Searchers are available for interviews, and media opportunities from 29 January.

This is not a Tribute band - they are the real thing!
1/ 50% of band are original including the Founder John McNally, and one other member was in a top 40 group from the 60s as well. He had a hit called "Beach Baby"(great song which he does!)
