Falter July Tour

Falter July Press Release:
Heading up to Record their third single "Splinter" with UK producer "Greg Harver" at York street Studio's Falter Have come along way since taking out first place at the "Smokefreerockquest Nationals" in 2003.
Having released two singles and music video's, there latest video "Fear of Heights received an NZ on air grant, along with the new single "Splinter" receiving a recording grant. Falter have performed alongside, Shihad, Elemenop, Steriogram, Sommerset, Goodnight Nurse, Autozamm and many more. They have released their debut EP "Fear of Heights" on independent record label Smalltime Records. Which has been distributed and enjoyed nationwide. Last year they also took out "The Rock" fm scholarship award, seeing their song "Fear of Heights" taking regular play on the station and the band recieving thousands of dollars worth of gear from the NZ rockshop.
Recently the band has been working hard on writing new material, that will realise their maturity as a more integrated and developed band, "I think that we sound like a true four piece now...the guitars are interacting a lot better..I'm playing keyboards as well...and we are including more and more vocal arrangements (three part harmonies, contrasting themes, and screams...basically the Falter sound is evolving into a raging hairy beast!"
After writing, rehearsing & demoing their new songs, Falter are embarking on a 3 date mini tour will see them performing for the first time in 3 months! So be sure to catch them live as their combining driving rhythms, dynamic moody undertones and unforgettable melodies are guaranteed to take you through all four seasons in one swipe! You'll scream, laugh, gag and cry...
