The Wellington Jazz Club proudly presents Pleasure Point
This Tuesday night The Wellington Jazz Club brings you a night of the best Jazz musicians and vocalists live on stage from 8pm in the Sandwiches Lounge Bar. Entry will cost $10 for public, $8 for Jazz Club members and only $2 for students with ID. Dinner served from 5pm - Show starts 9pm. Table Bookings Recommended

Jazz Sandwiches in association with Montana Jazz presents a live jazz dinner & show experience, featuring a rotating line-up of Wellington’s leading Jazz groups & soloists every Wednesday.
This Wednesday features the Nick Tipping Trio along with special guest Colin Hemmingsen.
Colin Hemmingsen (saxophone) is one of NZ’s leading jazz musicians. He is a master of jazz sax playing with an international reputation, and is a long-standing member of the jazz faculty at the NZ School of Music. He is a frequent performer with the Nick Tipping Trio
Open for dinner or drinks from 3pm, the show starts at 9.30pm – Open till late - Free Entry, table bookings recommended.

Sandwiches and Booty Bass presents The Pimps Up Ho Down - a night of Hip Hop, Breaks, Dance Hall and Drum'n'Bass
Homegirls sho me lov up in da club! Wellyz own Homegirl Ayna, a regular DJ at Hip Hop, Booty Bass and any bar with bang'n beats is venturing out into the big bad world... and we wana send her off in style with one hell of a Ho Down, and a serious DJ line-up... Featuring Ayna (Bootybass Hip Hop), DJ Art (Yardwise Dancehall Hip Hop), Takas (Drunk'n Master Hip Hop), Flex (Jump-Up Jungle Drum'n'Bass), Subsonik (Bassdrop Drum'n'Bass), Gimpgirl and Pvans (Funky Breaks).
Entry only by way of a $5 Door Charge.

Well his name is Eric Wang, and he is one of the most colourful characters the Welly music scene has ever had the priviledge of knowing. Sadly he's leaving us, but not before a bloody big party! This will be one of the gigs of 2005, performing in his honour is some of the cities best DJs and musicians, including... Zen, Kava, Mu & Dallas, DDog, Holly Smith, Clinton Smiley, Audio Sauce, Duncan, Pacific Heights & P Digss, Wang himself and many more jaming on the night. Yea! $15 on the door.
