Hairy Maclary and his mates step out of the pages of Lynley Dodd’s hugely popular books and onto the stage for TV2 KidsFest in Christchurch during the July school holidays. Tickets are on sale from today.
“Hairy Maclary Capers” will present our favourite characters in a programme of song, dance and games with a special appearance by Scarface Claw, the toughest Tom in town!
This is the first time a Hairy Maclary event has come to the South Island and is presented by TV2 KidsFest in association with the Christchurch Arts Festival. Celebrating the occasion, author Lynley Dodd is also visiting and will make personal appearances at city libraries, reading from her books.
