Who is Fox Livingstone?
Felicity McDonnell is Fox Livingstone, rockstar extraordinaire. Battling with prescription drug addiction and the ghosts of past glories Fox Livingstone emerges from his hallucinatory hell to perform world famous covers of rocks greatest hits….LIVE at Bats.
He hasn’t been seen for a while. He hasn’t recorded anything for a while- thirty years to be exact. He’s gained a few pounds. He doesn’t go out. Ever.
The music press now speak of him in the past tense, say he’s washed up, drugged up, over.
Ladies and gentlemen, he’s not over.

Company Biographies:
Felicity McDonnell writer /actor Felicity won the “Hot Young Thing’ award for her first season of ‘FatMan Fox Livingstone” at the 2001 Fringe Festival and after refining and reworking her solo show, is excited to bring it back to BATS Theatre. She gained her BA Theatre and Film and French, from Victoria University and is currently writing a feature film with her sister.
Gabe McDonnell director Gabe is a Wellington based writer and actor and has been writing and performing for ten years. She performed her solo play ‘Talent’ at Circa Studio earlier this year and in September will take it to the Melbourne fringe festival. Her full length play ‘Year of Grants’ will premiere in Auckland in late July. She directed the first season of ‘Fatman Fox Livingstone’ at BATS Theatre for the 2001 Wellington Fringe Festival and is happy to be bringing Felicity’s show back for a new 2004 season.

A compulsive cross sticher with no shame Angela Meyer has been producing shows and curating exhibitions for good while. She has recently returned home to New Zealand with a passion for cross-stitch and a twinkle in her eye. LadyBoss productions steams ahead with Fat man fox Livingstone Bats theatre, ‘Done dirt cheap’ at Neut gallery, Splendid London UK ‘Parlour Maids’ Melbourne festival. Meyer also designs and distributes the ‘Oh la la point de Croix’ range of pornographic cross-stitch kits, her work is sure to excite and amuse kiwi craft fans.
