Lights, Camera, Action!!
It's the night of Queens - the Annual Golden Stiletto Awards - this Queens Birthday weekend at the Crowne Plaza,
Auckland.
New Zealand's Transsexual and Drag Community will don their most glamorous to celebrate and honour their own in these
highly anticipated industry awards.
In the tradition of The Divas in Sydney, the Golden Stiletto Awards acknowledge our Drag Queens, whose artistry and
commitment make a valued contribution to entertainment in this country - from the Gay community through to corporate
events, to L'Oreal Fashion Week.
We are privileged to have a Member of Parliament grace us with her presence for this event, and don't tell her, but
she'll collect the Lifetime Achievement Award.
You'll see hair as high as the Sky Tower, frocks as large as the Domain and eyelashes that will create cyclones when
fluttered.
The limos are ordered and the red carpet is laid, so come along to a night of fabulosity and sprinkle some glamour
across the nation's TV screens, newspapers and airwaves.
