Taika's Incredible Show Season: Wednesday 12 - Saturday 15 May Time: 6.30pm (extra late show 11pm Friday 14th) Tickets: $15 full/ $12 concession Taika Cohen of Humourbeasts notoriety stands up by himself on the BATS stage presenting his unique brand of comedy with some film bits also. His funny power is too intensity!
A War on Idiots Season: Wednesday 12 - Saturday 15 May Time: 8pm Tickets: $15 full/ $12 concession >From Cuba comes this uncompromising, hard-hitting, award-winning comedian and aint nothing gonna stop him. 2004 Billy T Nominee Ezequiel Balmori has lived in Cuba, Russia, Spain, France and NZ and he is bringing back the verdict: too many idiots in the world. What are you going to do about it? A War on Idiots is a mix of stand-up, sketch and dance. Comedy with soul, the way it should be.
Victim of Trend Season: Wednesday 12 - Saturday 15 May Time: 9.30pm Tickets: $15 full/ $12 concession Jamie Bowen (last seen in Gary) 2004 Billy T Nominee presents Victim of Trend: an hilarious, original, in-depth look at today¹s modern culture, where God is The TV, The Internet, and The CD Player. And who better to talk about the evolution of society into suckers than a self-confessed sucker himself? Jamie's first solo show is edgy, topical and ultimately: funny. He dives head first into his own world in an effort to shed some light on this uber-cool, eclectic mass. It¹s a mocumentary with a real topic, a piss-take of real people. It¹s a thigh slapping good time. This show will definitely be better than your last really bad night out.
