Background to the Festival The Wellington Fringe Film Festival provides an opportunity for short filmmakers to screen
your film in a supportive and non-competitive environment. During the five days, you’ll be challenged to consider and
discuss all aspects of filmmaking. You'll have the opportunity to gain feedback from industry experts and fellow
filmmakers.
There's no selection process and no entry fee. The only criterion is that the filmmaker must come to Wellington to
present and discuss their work.
