O come all ye faithful
Come ye to a Carols by Candlelight or Christmas Lights celebration near you.
Auckland City and Mercury Energy are again helping you get into the festive spirit by running a series of special free events around Auckland to celebrate Christmas.
There are four community Carols by Candlelight concerts held at Three Kings, Mt Eden, St Heliers, and Waiheke, so bring the whole family along to any of these events and enjoy the fantastic music and festive atmosphere.
Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a tree and some coloured lights and Jellicoe Park’s annual ‘switching on’ of its Christmas tree lights has become a favourite with the local community.
All of these free Christmas events are provided by Auckland City as part of its Free Summer series and sponsored by Mercury Energy.
