ATC - NIU FM & PACIFIC MANGO Media & Design Agency (MDA) has links in the community and passion to see people’s lives changed positively through rewarding life experiences.
In these times of uncertainty family life and our youth are important, the power to support them in life remains our choice –The decision remains with us as a community not just Pacific Islanders to take up that challenge. Hence Pacific Promise, an annual concert planned to showcase our Pacific passion and the best of our Pacific talent.
Pacific Promise will require the services of a 500 + strong choir made up of people 16 and over to sing back up vocals for King Kapisi, Che Fu and Adeze. People that wish to sing in this choir will need to commit to several rehearsals. There are three in Hamilton based at Fraser High School (for all the Hamilton people) and three rehearsals at Manurewa High School starting this weekend (for all the Auckland people).
Each weekend rehearsal will start Friday 7pm – 10pm and then Saturday 9am – 5pm. All food will be provided at all rehearsals for participants and supporters.
All Auckland Rehearsals will be at Manurewa High School Auditorium.
3rd October 7pm-10pm and 4th October 9am-5pm
7th November 7pm-10pm and 8th November 9am-5pm
All Hamilton rehearsals will be held at Fraser High School Auditorium.
10th October 7pm-10pm and 11th October 9am-5pm
31st October 7pm-10pm and 1st November 9am-5pm
Transport will be provided by way of five bus coachs for all Hamilton participants, to and from the Otara Rec Centre on concert night.
ATC (Apostolic Training Centres) is a registered PTE, Private Training Establishment dedicated to educating and changing the lives of our youth today. Though the head office is based in Hamilton, there are also sites in Tokoroa, Christchurch and Auckland.
NIU FM (103FM) New Zealand’s first nationwide Pacific Island radio station – Is based in Auckland and broadcasts from Whangarei to Invercargil.
PACIFIC MANGO Media & Design Agency (MDA) Was established to support Pacific Island businesses and Pacific Island initiatives.
