Kings Arms with Mestar and Kitset

Published: Wed 27 Nov 2002 01:36 PM
This Friday the 29 November at the Kings Arms with Mestar and Kitset
Next Sunday the 8th December with Bob Mould at the Kings Arms.
Fang have expanded the line up to five members with Steve Reay of the Subliminals guesting on the haunting guitar, and Bronwen Robertson is adding beautiful spooky violin...so the sound will be bigger, wider, sparser, better than ever before... At the Kings Arms Kitset have decided to reform especially to play a few songs for the show - so make sure you get along early (9.30) to see them. The excellent Mestar are still playing shows on the back of their fantastic record Porcupine. They don't make it to Auckland very often so don't miss them.
Yes the Sunday the 8th of December show is with THE Bob Mould (Sugar, Husker Du) as a few people have asked...apparently he is as good as he has ever been...tickets are selling fast so you will need to be quick.
