Start Of Quarter Finals Postponed To Tomorrow Due To Strong Winds
The Race Committee announced this morning at 08.00 that racing for today has been postponed due to the strong winds expected on the Hauraki Gulf later in the day. All matches will be rescheduled tomorrow. The Race Committee is also considering to schedule racing on Friday, November 15, orginally an "off" day.
The weather conditions on the Hauraki Gulf today show SW winds of 16-20 knots becoming SSW 22-28 knots. The situation should improve tomorrow when winds of SSW of 15-20 knots are expected.
