Kia ora friends,
Congratulations to The Black Seeds, the winner of the Handle the Jandal music video award for best concept, sponsored by
Kahukura Productions Limited; and also the overall competition winner, with their song Keep on Pushing. This
competition, which brought together local musicians and filmmakers, went off with a bang last night. We hope all the
participants enjoyed it and will continue to make innovative music videos with the support of the film industry in
general.
This month we have been holding workshops with actors to further develop several of our scripts. These have been very
fruitful with lots of useful points raised as well as all the participants enjoying themselves.
