Irish Comedian Michael Smiley In Wellington

All the way from Belfast via London comes Ireland’s critically acclaimed Michael Smiley. Having performed at major festivals all round the world Smiley brings his Irish story-telling wit to Wellington for one night only.
Smiley, one of the most sought after hosts and feature acts on both the Irish and English comedy circuits, will be performing at Selby’s Sports Café in Porirua on January 20. Smiley’s arrival is cause for celebration as he becomes the first international act to appear at Wellington’s number one comedy venue.
Local comedians opening for Smiley will include veterans of TV2’s Pulp Comedy
MC Paora Ropata and Michael Shadbolt.
Tickets are available from the venue at the special celebratory price of $10.
