Four exceptionally talented young Kiwi actors are flying out of New Zealand this week on a journey they will remember
for the rest of their lives.
Meryl Cassie, Dwayne Cameron, Caleb Ross, and Michelle Ang are all stars of the multi-million-dollar cult television
series THE TRIBE.
The four cast-members are travelling to London where they will be swept off their feet onto a whirlwind promotional tour
throughout England, Scotland & Ireland.
THE TRIBE is produced entirely on location in New Zealand by CLOUD 9 SCREEN ENTERTAINMENT and the show has proved to be
a phenomenal success throughout the world.

Tight security has been arranged for the young actors as they travel to & from a vast array of publicity appointments with television personalities, radio announcers, fan magazines and
newspapers.
THE TRIBE focuses on young people struggling to survive in a future world where the adults have been wiped out by a
mysterious virus.
The series has hit a special chord with teenagers at the dawn of this new millennium. The program has spawned an album
that is tipped to take the world by storm and is due for worldwide release later this year. A book deal has also been
signed with Random House. The international publishers are producing a novel that will also be available in the next few
months.
CLOUD 9 Founder and Chief Executive Raymond Thompson comments; “We are very proud of the success of The Tribe, which is
testament to the talents and commitment of the entire cast and crew. Our stars are excellent ambassadors, not only for
Cloud 9, but for all New Zealanders and especially show the flare within the arts which, sadly, so often goes
unrecognised.”
